This was a great help. Is it a case that if the words ‘personal bodily integrity ‘ are not enumerated in a country’s constitution that this right can be breached? In Ireland these 3 words need to be enumerated to offer constitutional protection from this medical intervention and media promoted experimental policy. The informed part of the consent I.e patient information leaflets are scarce and people are given
promotion leaflets and endorsements which is not the same thing.
I’m surprised at the people I’ve spoken with who don’t remember receiving or signing the required disclosure. I’d be really surprised if anyone who read it and understood what it meant would go ahead with this “experimental” trash. It’s like signing away your rights and admitting to a potentially life-threatening “treatment”, without any real benefits.
