Richard Pan, the California state senator whose infamous pro-vaccine bill sailed to victory on the winds of pharmaceutical industry dollars, is now in serious hot water with his constituents.
A major recall effort seeks to remove Sen. Pan from office. If the movement garners enough signatures—which must equal 20% of the total votes cast in the election that Sen. Pan won—then there will be a recall election. If he loses that election, Sen. Pan would not be eligible to run in the follow-up election to fill his seat.
To recall Sen. Pan, activists must gather at least 35,926 signatures by the end of December 2015. The other state legislators who voted for the bill are also facing recall efforts.
This is not easy. Since 1913, while 158 recalls have been attempted in California, only nine have qualified for the ballot, and only five have succeeded. On the other hand, even a governor has been successfully recalled.
You may recall that this past June, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law SB 277, a bill that would require parents to vaccinate their children in order to send them to public or private school.
Despite tremendous grassroots voter opposition, special interests won the day. We reported that some of the most vocal proponents of SB 277 received funding from Big Pharma. The top recipient of pharmaceutical donations, coming in at more than $95,000, was Sen. Richard Pan—one of the principle authors of the bill.
SB 277’s approval is a major setback, not just for Californians, but for concerned parents across the country. The California bill will no doubt embolden other state legislatures to similarly kowtow to the vaccine industry and remove non-medical vaccine exemptions.
In addition to the recall, Californians have initiated a referendum to overturn SB 277 entirely using California’s referendum system to overturn the law. Remember the quote widely attributed to Margaret Mead: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

As it should. Until pesticides and aluminum have also been explored as possible causes of autism, this is insanity. When people were sure it was mercury, they took mercury out as stabilizers briefly BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE OUT ALUMINUM and they added three more shots for kids during this “careful research.” Aluminum is as bad as mercury. Batch mercury is worse than single shot mercury. Kids sometimes die from vaccines and we need to know why, but more importantly we need to know why they suddenly become autistic, many times after taking batch shots from the doctor. By 2025 it is estimated that half of the children in America will be autistic. Who will care for them when their parents are gone? I’m frankly amazed at California’s blind reaction to a few cases of measles and whooping cough when stacked up against the horrifyingly large number of autism cases and the acceleration over the past ten years. You’ve got to find a better more honest solution to autism and it’s not to lie about the research.
They didn’t take out ALL the mercury either… people still need to inquire what is in the shots, and above all, demand to see the package insert before deciding to allow any injection of anything whatsoever. And now the issue of Nagalase being formed in the body by viruses (which are included in vaccines) and destroying the body’s ability to defend itself has popped up to add to the difficulties. Unfortunately, we do not all have the ability to recall our elected officials, which is tantamount to being fired. Notice that politicians are people who, no matter how badly they do in office, no matter how they violate their oaths of office and wreak havoc in their constituencies, still get paid.
That said, IMHO one good way of getting to these guys is to go directly to their home address and invade their personal space the way they invade ours with their “laws”.

We experienced our child firsthand go from full blown Autism to leaving the Autism spectrum entirely. Oddly enough the clinic at UCSF was not the least bit interested in how we were able to reverse the Autism. We treated our son for heavy metal poisoning with the primary source being his vaccinations preserved with mercury and other neurotoxins. Each round of chelation therapy, under the care of an amazing physician prompted to study medicine after noticing issues with her son of ADHD (related to autism spectrum disorders) and desiring to use her biochemistry PhD background to work with his biochemistry, we got eye contact, speech, and head banging stopped. She ended up going to medical school and has treated thousands like our son for vaccine injury. Big Pharm is corrupt and poisoning our children. Diseases have died off by natural progression but vaccines have claimed much credit for the die off which is not scientifically substantiated. Many diseases are not life threatening and in fact build our immune systems to better cope with viruses. We need to be active and vocal and stop the nonsense. I wonder if I may ask you to share this Godsend to help my nephews with what I suspected long ago, “complications” from the poisons injected into their little arms then. You may wonder if they even know about us. Yes, they know about us but refuse to acknowledge our efforts. They have even started to manipulate our words and blocking our message that the Ultimate Checks and Balances on government can and will come from the People’s Direct Participation in government. They don’t want this political movement challenging their power. Why do you think GATEKEEPERS give every political genre of any political persuasion a venue and forum? Yet, most GATEKEEPERS will never openly take up discussing the remote possibility of a People’s Branch of government? WHY?
Isn’t it because they know that anything other than the People Participating Directly in government offers little or no real resistance to the corruption of the power structure? They realize that the People Participating Directly in government, a People’s Branch, changes everything! They know that, with a People’s Branch, the People will no longer allow government to serve SPECIAL INTEREST over Their/Your/the People’s best interest!
Yet, the system is designed to allow the People a reactive mode only. The People are only offered pretend paths for changing government’s wrong doings (i.e. voting to elect officeholders, organizing, campaigning (for so-called good people), running for office (by so-called good people), public protests, marches, demonstrations, rallies, sit-ins, calling and/or writing your elected officials etc.) At best the pretend methods only slow government wrong doing temporarily. GATEKEEPERS are paid to direct the People/You into these pretend paths which will only burn out good and well-meaning People by burning up and wasting their time, energy, money and/or resources with little or no positive and/or lasting results. They’re paid by their masters, the real power behind government i.e. SPECIAL INTEREST, to keep the People/You from waking up to these truths…
If the People/You don’t wake up then they will continue by default to control the closed system. They know that they win and You lose as long as they can direct You into the pretend paths that are designed to keep out any DIRECT Checks and Balances from the outside – We the People! Think about it! Why should it have taken women sixty years to get the right to vote? Why should it have taken so many years for blacks to get the right to vote?
Isn’t it obvious, GATEKEEPERS push their pretend methods for improving and/or stopping government wrong doing because their pretend methods are designed to fail You and keep SPECIAL INTEREST in control? It’s the job of GATEKEEPERS to push their pretend methods because they are proven to keep the power in the hands of SPECIAL INTEREST. Yet, while the People are directed down their pretend paths to change and improvement, SPECIAL INTEREST continues their own direct access and participation with Your elected officials for the purpose of seeing to it that THEIR best interest gets served!
Don’t you realize that if a People’s Branch of government had existed in the past then the People would have made sure that most of the bad things of those times would’ve been avoided? Yet, it’s still not too late. We must now focus on the present and prepare for the future. We know their PSYOP has worked in the past – maybe even on You. Many have fallen for it. Many still believe that these same old approaches will work for them. Yet, their pretend methods for improvement are not new and they’ll never work to insure that government serves OUR/YOUR/the People’s best interest.
REMEMBER, most GATEKEEPERS aren’t willing to help you see the best and only long term solution. i.e. The Best Long Term Solution is to cut through the political red tape and defeat the political trap masters at their own game! Many wrongs, perpetrated upon the People, such as “Fast Tracking, NAFTA, TPP, Shielding GMOs and/or their harm from discovery, etc., etc.,” may yet result in charges and convictions of treason for those responsible and accountable either directly and/or indirectly for their implementation. Charges and convictions for treason of government officials may be possible if it’s found that they failed to represent the best interest of the People and their actions subsequently turn out to undermine national security. You know, with all due respect, that’s all well and good for those who have that much reading time on their hands, but the bottom line is, we as a nation, and a people put ourselves in this predicament by putting our trust in man, instead of obeying God, in the first place. And we can continue to expect the same consequences as long as we continue to trust in man, instead of God.
