Our international affiliate, Alliance for Natural Health (ANH) has just released an announcement that the European Commission has moved the ‘goalposts’ on the procedure that aims to standardize allowed generic health claims on foods in the European Union by 2010. In addition, the ANH claims that the Commission has not met its obligations with regard to sound administration in providing adequate guidance to interested parties making applications for health claims, which are to be evaluated by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) over the next two years.
ANH and AAHF are discussing ways to work together on this issue due to the striking parallels between what’s happening between the European Union (EU) and United States on health claims (which affects citizens’ fundamental freedom of speech and right-to-know). Stay tuned…

Phenomenal piece you have scored here! The web is overflowing of horrid publishing and I was taken hold of by your pellucidity. Your decisions are precise and I will directly subscribe to your rss feed to remain up to date with your up emerging postings. Yes! I acknowledge it, your penning style is charming and I will work tougher on mine.
