1. Can you still benefit from coconut/mct oils while eating healthy carbs like sweet potatoes, broccoli maybe some white/brown rice? or do the carbs really need to be very restricted? is ketosis the desired end result? I guess the severity of ones symptoms/issues would need to be considered.

  2. Any “health information” on this site that supports testing on animals is not natural. I reject any information regarding products/substances that are tested on animals. They should not be subjected to being made ill to supposedly benefit humans. They can be terrorized, feel pain and deserve to live the life nature intended. No mice, rabbit, monkey, dog, etc. testing.
